What is it?

We are looking for community partner organisations to help us get residents across RCT to complete our Access to Services survey.

This project is looking at how residents access Council information and services and how the Council communicates with them. We are running a survey as part of the lived experience evidence gathering (along with our Voice It! events) and want to hear as many voices as possible.


Number of partner organisations required

What will I be asked to do?

  • Share our survey with your service users and get at least 30 people to complete it (a tick box will be available on the survey for individuals to select where they heard about the survey)

  • Support your service users to complete the survey (if support is needed)

  • Offer in-person spaces to complete the survey if appropriate (paper copies will be provided)

  • Signpost service users to our Voice It! sessions and encourage attendance


What experience do I need?

  • Essential: Be an organisation that is based in RCT and works closely with RCT residents

  • Desirable: Work with underrepresented communities


How long am I expected to be involved for?

  • Our survey is open from June until September 2026 And you are welcome to remain involved for the duration, or until 30 individuals have completed it.

  • This work can be completed at times that suit you and your organisation.


What are the benefits for me?

  • You will be paid £100 for your time on this opportunity


What support will you offer me?

  • Direct support from the HDRC Team in understanding your role and answering any questions.


What next?

If you are interested, please complete the Expression of Interest (EOI) form below. Should we receive a number of EOI’s there will be a need for us to undertake a selection process which we will conduct with Interlink RCT.

A member of the HDRC team will contact you to notify you of the next steps.
