  • Increased employability

You can visit the profiles of past Graduates and Interns on this page.

Here is some of the feedback we have received so far:

‘This internship has been an invaluable professional development opportunity, providing me with practical HR knowledge, research experience, and confidence in presenting findings to senior leaders. It has strengthened my ability to work in evidence-informed decision-making environments and will be instrumental in my future HR career.’

‘Overall, my internship experience was very valuable but there is always opportunity for improvement. Given a chance again I would seek more opportunities to attend more meetings and understand the evidence decision making process from different angles. MBTI training was an eye opener and the general support I got on my wellbeing from my supervisor was very helpful. I understood on how the management worked from the HR team to the performance management team.’

‘This internship has been a transformational experience, both professionally and personally. I have gained invaluable skills in data analysis, policy evaluation, and HR strategy, as well as a deeper understanding of how evidence-based decision-making shapes public sector operations.’
