Past Internships

Jennifer is an international student pursuing BS Business and Management at the University of South Wales. More interested in project management based on her background and knowledge. She is a go getter, a dreamer beyond the borders and passionate about learning and self-development. She became an intern to gain knowledge and experiences in her 10- week placement. In her free time, she loves spending time with family, travelling to explore new cultures and experiences, broadening her personal and professional perspectives.

Shehab is an international student at the University of South Wales, studying BA in Human Resource Management. His academic focus is on people management, organisational behaviour, and strategic HR. Shehab is an intern with the HDRC team.

Shehab is passionate about leadership, talent management, and creating positive work environments. Outside of his studies, he enjoys travelling, reading, playing football, and staying active at the gym. He has a creative side, exploring photography and graphic design in his free time.

Shawon is a Human Resources Management student at the University of South Wales. He is gaining hands-on experience with the HDRC team in Rhondda Cynon Taf. Through his coursework, he has developed a strong foundation in key HR areas, including employment law, business communication, and organisational behaviour. 

Shawon is passionate about Human Resources and community development.
