We are now inviting residents across Rhondda Cynon Taf (RCT) to join us at our new Voice It! events. These events are fun, interactive, and will help us gather lived experience evidence to feed into this project.

Voice It! is a series of community engagement activities designed to create safe, welcoming spaces where people can share their experiences and views on what affects health and wellbeing in their communities – starting with this project: Access to Services. If you live in Rhondda Cynon Taf, you can also get involved by completing our online survey. Local community organisations can also support their services users to take part and can apply to our 'Access to Services' opportunity to receive payment for their time.

Please note we want to know about your experience of contacting the Council to get information, pay for things, or apply to access some services. We’ll ask what services you’ve contacted the Council about and what the experience is like, rather than what you think of the services themselves.
