Rhondda Cynon Taf Health Determinants Research Collaboration (RCT HDRC) has been asked by members of the public to review how residents can access RCT Council information and services and how RCT Council communicates with them.
We want to know about your experience of contacting RCT Council to get information, pay for things, or apply to access some services. We’ll ask what services you’ve contacted the Council about and what that experience was like, rather than what you think of the services themselves.
This form is open to anyone who lives in Rhondda Cynon Taf who wants to help us to make a change. Please note: this is NOT the Comments, Compliments and Complaints (external link) process for RCTCBC, the information you provide will be used for the purpose of the Access to Services project only.
