We will not use the information you provide to try and identify who you are, so please do not enter any personally identifiable information in any free text boxes. We are gathering feedback from RCT families with neurodiverse children regarding local swimming opportunities. Whether your child swims regularly elsewhere or does not swim at all, we want to understand your experience to improve local options. This survey is anonymous and takes about 5 minutes.
N.B. Your child does not need to have a diagnosis.
